Coaches, Club Captains or Club Presidents: Please help us to improve the standard of refereeing in New England by completing an referee evaluation form after each match. Referees are expected to identify themselves to you at each match to help you in this process.

Constructive criticism is encouraged and appreciated; ranting and raving about how your club was denied due victory as result of a perceived heinous miscarriage of justice by the referee will be ignored. Individuals completing the form will be asked to identify themselves. We have a zero tolerance policy for referee abuse, and it extends to the completion of these evaluation forms.
