Detailed Report of Incident |
| After the ball had moved away from a ruck near BIW's 22, several players in the ruck continued their contest. This turned into some shoving and two of the players in the ruckus were observed throwing punches. I observed Mr. Topu's punch and received an AR report regarding Mr. Morin's punch. Both of the punches warranted YCs. Mr. Topu left under protest and was subbed not long after his return. |
