General Pattern of Play
Maine was under general team warning for an annoying series of quick ball-killing penalties when Tufts was in a scoring position.

Detailed Report of Incident
(continued from previous report)...My hopes were dashed by a second Maine player's indiscipline at a ruck which was clearly a lost cause. Despite his teammate having been sent to the bin a mere five minutes earlier, Mr. Estabrook, apparently unaware of the message that I was trying to communicate to his team through my voice, whistle, card, and instructions to his captain, left his feet at a ruck near his goal line and prevented Tufts from getting quick ball. I sent him to the bin and Maine's collective behavior improved somewhat.
