With 27:52 left in the first half, Ms. Payson used an extended arm to commit a high tackle foul on the opposing ball carrier. I indicated the penalty, stopped the clock, and called over the captain and Ms. Payson before explaining that since it was an extended/swinging arm high tackle, she left me with no option but to card her.
