Detailed Report of Incident
New London's fly half broke into the Charles River half. As he tip-toed the sideline, Charles River's winger wrapped him at the legs while the Charles River full back shouldered him out of bounds. As the shoulder charge was both dangerous and had no wrap, I whistled play dead and issued the offending player a yellow card. No further incidents in the rest of the match.
