General Pattern of Play
Providence ball-carrier about to score a try.

Detailed Report of Incident
After North Shore #4 was suspended for a professional foul, Providence elected to take a scrum instead of a PK. The ball was spun out to the right wing ... who was horse collared as he was going in for a try. The offending (Red #8) was suspended (Yellow Card) for a dangerous tackle and a Penalty Try was awarded.
