Detailed Report of Incident
Charles River #7 Joe Henry was making a tackle. He proceeded to pick the Old Gold runner horizontally off the ground, up to about my chest (I'm 6'2"), and somehow got the ball carrier to the ground without the ball carriers head dipping under their waist, and without their head hitting the ground. The ball carrier was pretty horizontal, but made contact to the ground with their backside. Despite that though, he got the player so high off the ground that it was too dangerous to go unpunished. I also thought that could have been a spark to set off a bad pattern of play. After some minor disagreement, he retreated to the bin.
