Detailed Report of Incident
35 minutes into the match, after a Dartmouth score, Army restarted with a high restart. Dartmouth #7 jumped to receive the ball just beyond the 10 meter line. Army #7 made no attempt to jump for the ball and made contact with Dartmouth #7, whose legs went underneath him, beyond horizontal and then landed on his upper shoulder/lower neck area. Dartmouth #7, remained on the ground for several minutes before getting up and continuing to play. Army #7, did not seem emotional regarding the incident, and as soon as he saw the red card jogged off the pitch without a second thought. I had no prior incidents with Army #7 before this incident.
