General Pattern of Play
Although both teams had discipline issues to varying degrees, Norwich’s better skill won the day. They were clearly the more dominant team despite it being a scoreless game 20 minutes in. Providence’s poor tackling and defensive organization lost them the game thereafter.

Detailed Report of Incident
32 minutes into the first half Providence had a scoring opportunity inside Norwich’s 5m when a penalty was committed by Norwich. I warned Norwich via their captain that they need to watch their discipline that close to their goal line. On the very next play Mr. Rambin contested the tackle, went off his feet, wrestled the ball away from the Providence 9 while he was still on the ground, and flung it back towards his team. I judged it to be a cynical foul worthy of a yellow card and sanctioned him appropriately.
