Detailed Report of Incident
A UVM ball carrier was wrapped up in the open field by #21 Soto, when other players started to join and a maul began to form. Once the UVM player was stationary and held by So Conn teammates, Soto moved his grip lower on the ball carrier and began to lift the player off the ground off both of his feet. Before I could use any preventative language to get him back on the ground, Soto dropped the UVM player onto his side, with his shoulder hitting the ground before his hips. Whistle was immediately blown and Soto was shown a yellow card, and left the field without argument.
