Detailed Report of Incident
With time winding down in the half, Harvard had worked the ball ten meters out from the Brown try line.

At the ruck, Harvard was in the process of winning ball back to their scrum half, when the Brown #7, lying on the ground, grabbed the ball back to his side. As we were close to the Brown try line, and with Harvard clearly winning the ball, I blew play dead and issued the offending player a yellow card.
