Detailed Report of Incident
With ten minutes remaining in the match, the Brown flanker lifted the Harvard player in the tackle, just outside the Harvard 22m. As the Harvard player was larger, the Brown player was unable to put him down without him going above parallel to the ground, meaning as the Brown player tried to place him, he landed on his shoulder first, with his feet in the air. While it was clearly a dangerous tackle, there was no maliciousness about it. Regardless, I whistled play dead and issued a second yellow which became a red card as it was the player's second yellow.
