Detailed Report of Incident
A minute or so before the YC was issued UVM # 12 had her jersey pulled over her head by UNH flanker #17 in a ruck. This seemed immaterial, a nuisance but not dangerous, and UVM retained possession at that ruck plus ball was quickly played and passed away. I noted to myself to speak with #17 at the next stoppage about that. Before there was a stoppage UNH gained possesion by fielding a loose ball. When the ball was in UNH #17 possession she was tackled above the line of the shoulders by Miss Rochelle. There might be an argument the referee poorly managed the jersey pull interaction leading up to this. However, players can't retaliate through Foul Play. There was no protest. UVM #12 left for 10 min and returned in the final minutes without issue.
